Shopping
Shopping in our online store is easy. When you find a product you want, add it to your cart. When you are satisfied, click on the cart to enter your details and place your order.
If you are an existing customer, log in with your credentials and complete your purchase.
Welcome with your order!
Delivery time
Your order is normally shipped the same day or no later than one working day after your order is placed.
Stock / delivery time
Each product shows whether it is in stock in the store. If you are planning to visit the store to purchase a specific item, and it says we only have a few items in stock, we recommend placing an order in our webshop and selecting the delivery option "Pick up in store". We will then reserve the products for you and email you a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping methods and costs
Deliveries are normally handled by DHL and sent to a pickup point. If the shipment cannot be delivered to a pickup point due to transport reasons, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery method.
You can order as much as you like – we always keep shipping costs as low as possible! We also offer a low free-shipping threshold!

Delivery to other countries
We are happy to deliver to other countries, but shipping costs vary. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
If an item is out of stock
Each product displays its stock status. If an item you ordered is out of stock, a partial delivery will be made. Backorders are not created, but as a service, we will notify you when the item is back in stock so you can order it again.
You will of course never have to pay for items that we do not deliver.
Delivery confirmation and tracking
When your package is ready, an email with a tracking number will be sent. You can then visit www.dhlpaket.se to track your shipment. If you have provided a valid mobile number, you will receive an SMS notification when the package is ready for pickup. Please note that you must bring valid ID and show your SMS to collect the package.
Prices
All prices are stated including Swedish VAT (currently 25%). We reserve the right for price changes and errors caused by technical or human mistakes.
Obvious pricing errors
Power Toys AB reserves the right to cancel orders in case of "obvious" pricing errors. An obvious pricing error is defined as a price that significantly deviates from the expected market price, to the extent that the customer should reasonably understand that the price is incorrect.
Fuel shipping
Fuel is classified as Dangerous Goods, which makes it complicated and costly to ship. We therefore recommend purchasing fuel directly in-store.
If you still want us to ship fuel to you, please note the following:
- You may need to collect your package from the carrier’s terminal
- A Dangerous Goods surcharge will be added at checkout
- This surcharge applies to up to 5 liters. For larger quantities, please contact us for a quote
Payment
You can pay by debit/credit card, direct payment, invoice, or installment plan. We use Kustom Checkout for all transactions with SSL and maximum security. No invoice fees or other payment fees are added when using Kustom Checkout. You can also choose to pay after 2 months for a fee of only SEK 39. Read more in Kustom’s payment terms below.
Pay online – pick up in store
If you want to pick up your order in-store, select the delivery option "Power Toys Free – Pick up in store". We will email you when your order is ready. Please remember to bring ID, and if you are collecting on behalf of someone else, their ID as well.
Unclaimed packages
For packages that cannot be delivered or are not collected, a fee of at least SEK 250 will be charged. If our costs are higher, those costs will be charged.
Age limit
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order in our online store. You must therefore provide your personal identity number when ordering. If you are under 18, a guardian must approve your order and provide their personal identity number.
There is no age limit for shopping in our physical store.
Open purchase (store)
An open purchase means you can return your item within a certain period and get your money back.
Power Toys offers open purchase under the following conditions:
- You must request open purchase before completing the purchase
- The receipt must state that open purchase applies
- The product must remain sealed; open packaging voids open purchase
- The packaging must be in resellable condition upon return
Right of withdrawal (online store)
If you purchase by mail order, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days under distance selling laws. After returning the product at your own expense, we will refund the cost of the product. Shipping costs and other fees are not refunded. (If paid by card, refunds may take a few banking days.)
The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the item. You may inspect the item, but it must remain in essentially unchanged condition. You may not use or test the item. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Conditions:
- The item must be complete and returned in its original packaging in essentially unchanged condition
- The item must not be used or tested
- The return form below must be completed and included with receipt/invoice
- If the item contains multiple packages of accessories/parts, these must not be opened
Right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Glue, oils, or paint that have been opened
- Software where the seal has been broken
Pack the item carefully as you are responsible for return shipping risks and costs. Always use our return form.
Always keep your shipping receipt in case the package is lost.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
Returns must be sent directly to us, e.g., via business parcel services. Do NOT send packages to pickup points. A fee of at least SEK 165 will be charged for such returns.
A restocking fee of SEK 125 applies and may be higher for multiple items.

Transport risk
Power Toys is not responsible for transport damage. All such claims must be made with the carrier. Check your delivery carefully upon receipt and note any damage on the delivery document.
Visible damage must be reported immediately. Keep all documentation.
Claims must be made within 7 days. A replacement will be sent once the carrier accepts responsibility or by agreement.
Right of complaint
Under Swedish law, you have a three-year right to complain about defects that existed at delivery. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product.
Please note that there is no guarantee that a car will withstand a collision or that an aircraft will not break upon hard landing/crash.
We will of course assist with parts and repairs, but this is not covered by the right of complaint.

Repair terms
Normal service time is 1–4 weeks depending on product and workload.
• Inspection fees
If the issue is not covered by warranty, a quote will be provided. Repair cost is SEK 295 per started half hour plus parts.
If returned without repair, an inspection fee plus return shipping applies (SEK 295 per started half hour).
• Responsibility for submitted products
Power Toys is responsible for submitted products for 2 months after notifying the customer. If no response is received, the product may be recycled.
